It's. Hey, everybody. Wilson Bautista here with the Dev SEC lead podcast. It's honestly been a while and you know, COVID really did a number for me and my business and you know, it's, it's interesting because it really helped get me to focus on what has been going on and put some project priorities in place. And unfortunately for everybody that's been listening to this podcast for a while, dev SEC Lead had to take a little break because this is more of a passion of mine rather than a revenue generating activity. And when people don't have a lot of money or you're starting your entrepreneurial journey just like me, you need to make sure that those income streams are flowing. And for the past two, three years, I've gotten to a place where I feel comfortable that we could start this off again. And talking about with everything that's changed since the Pandemic, I know that my thoughts and my actions in regards to leadership has changed, especially with adding new people to my business team in different facets, but also in the world of security. With the world moving from mostly on premise work to remote work now to hybrid work, it's been a challenge for lots of people. So this season I am looking forward towards understanding the different mindsets that managers have, not just from an information security standpoint, but also just regular managers have towards the hybrid workplace and looking forward to having those conversations to help us learn to be better leaders. So what's new with me started out with June Cyber. We have the Cyber Ohana project that's going to help veterans and military spouses find careers in cybersecurity. So we've been doing that now for two to three years. We've been growing a lot for both the initiatives and we're making lots of headway for June Cyber. We've moved from just security compliance to regular It managed services and now we're doing automation and a lot of great things. So lots of learning has been happening in my world. And as far as the DevSec Lead podcast, I am looking forward to having great discussions with lots of different people. We have a great lineup of preliminary folks that have done some great things within the industry itself. We're going to go with some conversations regarding some people that have radio frequency experience and how we protect our electronics through super faraday cages, but on a consumer level based product. Going to talk to somebody about automated penetration testing and what that's all about and what's the ramifications for those that are doing penetration now. We're also going to be able to talk to a couple of buddies of mine that do a lot of splunk work. So those are at least the first three that I have coming up. And I have another person that's going to be talking about self branding. So if you don't think that's important, that's going to be really important as you progress in your career or if you're just wanting to get better in improving yourself. Anyways, again, just getting ready for some more episodes to drop here in the next few weeks. It'll be raw, it's not going to be perfect, but it'll be fun. If you have any questions or any ideas for any topics that you'd like to talk about, please let me know. And yeah, my email is Wilson. Wilson at J-U-N-C-E R.com. And feel free to reach out with those questions, comments and concerns. Hope all is well, everybody, and glad that you all are safe. I look forward to talking to everybody again and having some great conversations with some friends. All right, talk to you all later.
